To Submit a Bereavement Request specifically.
Up to three (3) days of paid, pro-rated Bereavement is available for Employment Category Eligible Employees (ECEEs), who wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member. HPAO defines “immediate family” as the employee’s spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; the employee’s spouse’s parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; the employee’s child’s spouse and child.
